Seattle Weekly just came out with their 2015 Best of Seattle Reader Poll list, and included an interview with Best Chef, Renee Erickson. (Um. Yay!!)
Honestly, since Top Chef was in town, I’ve not braved The Walrus and the Carpenter … but I assure you, no matter the line, it is so totally worth any wait! The cocktails alone … *swoon*.
My friend, Bridget and I took home a paper menu and worked to recreate their cocktails. My favorite being the, to some, offensively named Mustache Ride … I could care less about the name. You make a drink that good, you can call it whatever the heck your heart desires.
