Up for review in my kitchen is Anna Jones’ A Modern Way to Eat: Over 200 Satisfying, Everyday Vegetarian Recipes (That Will Make You Feel Amazing), which, if the title is anything to go on, promises to be a very helpful cookbook for healthful eating.
I love cooking from vegetarian cookbooks, because you can always add meat to a meal … but it’s not quite as simple to just take it away. This, in my mind, makes vegetarian cookbooks the most versatile.
I’m excited to see what this book has to offer. I’ll let you know what I think soon … stay tuned for review.
